Terms & conditions of sale

These terms govern the sale of the womenswear pieces offered by Maison Salora to individual customers.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included.

Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

Maison Salora may change its prices at any time; a piece is charged at the price in force when the order is placed.

The order is recorded as soon as the summary is confirmed on the site, and you receive an order reference.

The order is then confirmed on WhatsApp, where availability and the delivery address are checked with you.

Maison Salora may decline an order in case of stock shortage, a clearly incomplete address, or a previous dispute.

Payment is on delivery, unless otherwise agreed at confirmation.

For made-to-measure orders, a deposit may be requested before production begins.

Delivery across Morocco within 24 to 72 working hours after confirmation, depending on the city.

Times are indicative. A delay does not entitle cancellation or compensation, except where the law provides otherwise.

You have seven days from receipt to request an exchange or return.

The piece must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, with its original labels.

Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.

All pieces carry the legal warranty against hidden defects provided by Law 31-08.

Pieces are made by hand: slight irregularities in embroidery or dye are evidence of that work and are not defects.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
