Privacy policy

When you place an order we record: your name, phone number, city, delivery address, an optional note, and the details of the pieces ordered.

This data is used only to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to answer any complaint.

It is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising. It is shared with the courier only as far as delivery requires.

Retention: three years from your last order, then deletion.

We measure site traffic with an in-house tool and no third-party service: no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no ad network.

No identifier is placed on your device for this measurement: no advertising cookie, no persistent id.

On the server we compute an anonymous fingerprint from your IP address and browser, combined with a salt that changes every day. That fingerprint cannot be reversed to your IP address, and it is different tomorrow — so following you from one day to the next is technically impossible.

Your IP address is never stored in clear text.

You can decline this measurement at any time through the privacy banner; your choice is stored locally on your device.

Statistics retention: fourteen months.

When you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy, over which we have no control.

On our side, we keep only the information needed to process your order.

Your cart is saved in your browser local storage, on your device only. It never reaches us until you confirm an order, and you can clear it by clearing this site data.

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Administration access is protected by a hashed password, revocable server sessions, attempt limiting and connection logging.

Order data is accessible only to authorised people at Maison Salora.
